At Heat Up, we want you to look and feel your best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your style evolution is seamless and satisfying from purchase to delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
